Infrastructure project | NATURE

“NATOURE” is a modular infrastructure designed to invite tourists and locals to spend more time in the South Tyrolean landscape. The individual parts consist of a basic structure that can be adapted to the surrounding environment with additional elements. The basic structure would be suitable for a panoramic viewpoint in combination with a balcony, and with a dock it could stand by a lake.

Issues

NATOURE aims to counteract mass tourism. This is done by upgrading lesser known but beautiful places in South Tyrol through these infrastructures. This could contribute to a more even distribution of visitor flows and thus relieve the tourist hotspots. In addition, the local population would also be offered more recreational opportunities and their immediate surroundings would be upgraded
