Interactive Media | Babylon

Babylon represents a virtual environment that showcases the landscape of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon in a VR experience. The design of this environment was inspired by in-depth research on the Hanging Gardens. A reference image served as the foundation for the main building, which was then transformed into a 3D model. In the VR environment, deliberate experimentation with scale was employed, reflecting the historically impressive height of the gardens. Additionally, sound was integrated to enrich the environment with an auditory dimension, enhancing the overall immersive experience.
